The original series where players earn points that could win them a Golden Cup Trophy in December

4-round SS, Game 30 (USCF & CXR Rated)

Registration: 12:00 – 12:30 PM

Rounds:  Rounds 1 at 1:00 PM, rest ASAP

3 Sections: Open (Juniors & Adults),  U1200 Scholastic (Juniors Only), & U800 Scholastic (Juniors Only)

Awards: Top 5 Each Section - All others participation medal

Entry Fee: $25 postmarked/online by July 7, $30 after

Limited to first 60 players.

Food & refreshments available for purchase

Bring your chess clock, sets will be provided.

USCF Membership Required / Free CXR membership provided

Upon completion of the series in December the player with the most points in each section shall be declared the Champion of the Quest and receive a golden cup trophy (metal) on a marble base.  Plus, 2^nd to 4^th Place ‘Runner-Up’ Cup Trophies. The point system for the series: Win 1.0, Draw .5, Loss .25.  Players can track their progress using the link buttons at the top of the page.
